Do you ship outside Nigeria?

Yes we do. We ship globally. So no matter where you are in the world, XBL will ALWAYS get to you.

How long does it take to make my outfit?

It all depends on the style you're opting for. We advise brides to make bookings at least 4 months in advance. If not, you'll have to pay for express design and fittings.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept direct bank transfers and major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment via PayPal.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the carrier's website.
Can I cancel my order?

All sales made are final. We do not offer returns or refunds as the dresses made are specifically tailored to you.
